Audio Podcasts

Since most of us here in Essex County are still awaiting the arrival of high speed internet service, we've tried to make Stephanie's podcasts as user friendly as possible. However, as with all things electronic, you may have to wait a minute or two to hear these podcasts. If you're on dial up, and the audio player does not appear and start playing in less than one minute, click the "refresh" or "reload" button on the top left of your web browser. It's usually represented by a couple of little arrows with something similar to the international re-cycle sign.

If you're still having problems, you may have to download the latest version of the Macromedia Flash player. You can do that here. You'll also have to have your javascript enabled on your browser (don't worry, unless you've turned it off manually, it should work).
