Letter from Mrs. Johanna Silver

  We have the majority of the time supported Republican candidates yet this year we are crossing the line on one young lady with a bright future- Stephanie Sterling.

  My husband and I are proud longtime Republicans. We have come to know Stephanie not only as a neighbor and our daughter’s childcare provider, yet as a very strong woman with independent beliefs.    Trust me, her and I have had some rather deep discussions surrounding politics yet in the end we can still agree to disagree on a few issues. We have our difference of opinions yet Stephanie always listens and respects my opinions.

  She has what it takes to proudly represent us in the Vermont Legislature.   As much as we don’t want to loose her as our daughter’s childcare provider, we are going to vote for Stephanie.  

  Stephanie truly wants to better the lives of Vermonters.   She uses her heart, her mind and her common sense all at once to make tough decisions.   Stephanie has also proven to be a person that follows through when she says she is going to do something.

  I hope others take a closer look at the actual candidates instead of what party they declared to be a member of to run for office before Election Day.
