Netscape 6.x Set Up

NOTES : Your dial-up connection should be set up BEFORE performing this set up. To automatically connect to the Internet whenever you click on the NETSCAPE icon, you must perform the Internet Explorer Set-up... even if you do not use Internet Explorer. Otherwise, connect to the Internet first through your KINGDOM CONNECTION or KINGCON desktop icon, then click on your NETSCAPE icon. This procedure is to set THE KINGDOM CONNECTION as your NETSCAPE start page. This can be skipped if you are a veteran Internet user with another preferred start page. However, we do recommend saving www.kingcon.com as a Bookmark for easy access to our services and information.

1. Click on NETSCAPE icon
2. Click on EDIT in the top menu bar
3. Click on PREFERENCES at the bottom of the pop-up menu
4. Click on NAVIGATOR in the CATEGORIES SIDEBAR of the PREFRENCES window
5. Click on HOME PAGE to dot the radio button at it's left
6. Click on the box labeled LOCATION in the sub-section HOME PAGE
7. Delete the OLD ADDRESS
8. Type in www.kingcon.com
9. Click on OK at the bottom
